• I liked the metal sculptures throughout the building.
• Not very clean, damaged, inconvenient parking.

• Cleanliness.
• Location. The shipping yard is a very loud place in the middle of the night.

“Very nice and clean with a very friendly staff but the area is very loud at night with horns from the ships, I assume all throughout the night. Bring ear plugs.”

• I have absolutely nothing to say that is positive.
• The staff was rude and unhelpful; the rooms were dirty and lacked privacy.

“This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in and given the national reputation of Ramada, I was extremely disappointed. The front desk staff was rude when I brought up my concerns about the room being dirty, debris on bed, dirty countertop in bathroom and what looked like a spot of blood on the wall near the light switch. The doors to the rooms have a 1-inch gap, which allows for little privacy in conversation and seems like a fire hazard. The location is scary, the hotel is dingy, the beds are tiny, mine had cigarette burns in the comforter and three out of the six nights I stayed the hotel was filled with partying kids and loud neighbors who were allowed to bang on walls and shout from the balcony next to me for at least an hour before staff showed up. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor would I allow anyone I care about to stay at this hotel.”

• Wood animal decorations, newly remodeled facility.
• No room cleaning unless requested.
