• Nothing.
• The room was dirty and I could hear the people in the other rooms.

“Poor location. Staff was not very friendly. No continental breakfast. The room was dirty. A piece of dirty paper was left on the floor and a dirty straw under the bed. The room also smelled like cigarettes but it was non-smoking.”

• Quiet.
• The shower was so weak and cold.

“This hotel wasn't up to my expectations. While the on-site dining was good, its prices were quite high. The shower was quite weak and ran very hot or lukewarm, no in-between. The hotel was quiet for being beside an active float-plane lake, but I can't say that I'd recommend it.
”

• Location is very close to airport, free internet in lobby.
• Older part of hotel is 1.5 to 2 stars.

“This place is two hotels in one. The older part needs to be renovated quite badly with better lighting and new carpets, and the hallways smell of smoke. The newer section deserves the 2.5 star rating. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was pretty good (we ate dinner only). The lobby area is pleasant, and they provide free access to the internet there as well. If you need a place to stay before a cruise, this is ok however the cruise transfer buses actually leave from downtown, although you can get on a bus at the airport.”

• Maid was friendly and experienced, Desk clerks helpful.
• No elevator, No handicap room with 2 beds on either floor.

“Was unaware there was no elevator, not good for my 88 year old mother to have to climb stairs. The hotel was quiet at the times we were there, and convenience to the airport was excellent.”

• It was clean.
• Walls & door not soundproof, loud, drunken people in surrounding rooms.

“Our 3rd stay at this hotel confirms that it is not a very high-class hotel. The walls & doors are not soundproof and the people in the other rooms are always noisy, often inebriated. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again.”

• It was fairly centrally located. Free internet next to the Front Desk.
• It smelled like cigerettes. They left our beds half changed out.

“Some places in the hotel smelled like cigarettes almost to the point of nausea. They left our beds half changed out one night. The hot water was intermittent at best. If your not a smoker stay somewhere else. The staff was friendly, though. They also took care of the bedsheets problem fairly quickly, once we called the front desk.”

• Price is good and the restaurant is of fair quality.
• There are a lot of loud conferences/family reunions.

“This is a good average hotel. Clean and overall comfortable for a family to stay the weekend.”

• Very comfortable hotel for the cost.
• They were in the process of renovating. They put us in a room with no carpet.

“Very friendly service. Nice hotel even though they were renovating.”
