• Cleanliness.
• The gym was sub par and very lacking.

“The hotel was very nice. The gym was the only area lacking, consisting only of 2 treadmills, a stepper and a bike.”

• The staff.
• Construction noise & workers made sleep unbearable.

“They should close down the wings being remodeled until work is completed. The noise & disturbances are unbearable.
I still feel that it is unacceptable to expect guests to tolerate the noise.”

• Location, quick drive to good restaurants.
• Under renovation, a mess, and not handled well.

“Hotel was under renovation and/or reconstruction, and the entire place smelled. Check-in is being done in a makeshift room by people who looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. The halls were a mess, dusty and dirty. The room was reasonably decent and marginally clean, with small fridge and microwave, but the TV did not work at all, and wires and cables were everywhere. Maybe after renovations are complete, this hotel will be worth the money.”

• The price was good and the room was warm.
• The room was not clean, the
  TV didn't work and parking was bad.

“It is located it in a small town. I had only 1 double bed with 3 grandchildren. The pool was heated. Security was none existent. Carpet worn and thread bear. Lobby nice and okay breakfast.”

• The pool was nice, so was the morning breakfast.
• Room was too close to the elevates to much noise.

“Overall we got our money worth. Rooms were clean and kids had fun in the pool.”
