• Very clean; great for travelers and spacious rooms.

“We were just overnight guests but the suite was very warm and friendly. The accommodations were best suited for business travelers. The decor was nice and I could see staying for an extended period of time.”

• The customer service.
• Nothing.

• It was convenient to where I needed to be.
• It does not cater to anyone other than an extended stay type of client.

“It was basically an apartment building with a check-in desk. No ice machine -- and the ice trays in my room were empty. Might not be bad if you need a kitchenette, but it was noisy (thin walls.)”

• Phone and alarm didn't work!!

“I checked in at 11pm. The room did not smell fresh. The phone and the alarm clock were broken so
I had to rely on my cell phone alarm to wake up. I was so anxious that
I could not even sleep! I was too tired when I got in the room to go back to the front desk to get another room, worst night ever!”

• Staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive.
• Noise level was high between rooms. No contact with front desk info by phone.

“Nice clean rooms, but the remote was not to the TV in our room. There were also no batteries in the remotes.”

• Location.
• They don't touch the room if staying less then 7 days.

• Nice location and nice size rooms.
• Bathroom in rough shape. Old oven and microwave.

“Staff was awesome, help me out with a couple issue not related to the hotel. Nice size rooms. Microwave, stove could be updated and bathroom needs to be redone. But great price!”
