• Everything looked very Cleon and new, staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• Bed and pillows were way too soft. Needed housekeeping around the pool.

“Very impressed with the set-up of the room. It had everything you needed, including dishes, silverware, plates, pot, etc. However, there were no ice machines and there were two tiny empty ice trays in the freezer, which we had to wait to make ice. The room and its furniture were lovely, the room nice and bright. However, the bed was very soft. We were the first to hit the pool in the morning. The pool area was warm and inviting as it was cold and raining outside. The hot tub was pleasant and running when we got there. We were surprised that housekeeping had not been to visit the pool before us. There were several water bottles and juice boxes scattered around the pool area. The towel bin was overflowing and towels were scattered around the pool floor area. The gym also had towels laying around the floor. The staff was overwhelmingly nice. The breakfast was okay. It was a nice change than just donuts and bagels to have eggs and sausage! Overall I was very happy, and would definitely recommend and would return!”

• Cleanliness, suite was excellent - large, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed/pillows.
• The pool are is beautiful, but the water was too cold.

“Truly enjoyed our over night stay. We will definitely stay longer, more enjoyable than staying with family. So comfortable & clean! Next visit to Mt. Olive we will definitely stay at the Residence Inn. Wonderful breakfast included in our hotel price.”

• Exceeded my expectations.

“Clean, comfortable and updated. Easily accessible from major routes. Provides great accommodations for the business traveler. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and will be staying here every time

• The physical layout of the room is very comfortable and practical.
• The tub and sink were somewhat clogged, water drained slowly.

“The person at the desk when I checked in did not have that welcoming customer friendly attitude, even when answering the phone when I reported the clogged sink and tub. I let it go because the hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. Besides I stayed only for one night. When I checked out, the lady at the desk has a very pleasant friendly attitude.”
