• It was new, clean and with friendly staff. It had , excellent accomodations. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with a great selections.

• New and very clean, facility was overall very nice.
• Clerk at check in could not get the rate correct, had much trouble.

“Very new and clean impressive overall. Good stay overnight. Check in clerk had problem with the new system and took next morning to resolve but overall still very nice place to stay.”

• I enjoyed everything about this hotel. Very clean. No complaints.

“I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. I judge the places that I stay at by how well I sleep through the night. I slept like a baby. Wonderful.”

• Clean, roomy enough, good breakfast available free.
• No ice in freezer/no effort by staff to obtain; handicapped amenities not as promised.

“This is probably a fine place most of the time - it's clean and new, with good breakfast buffet, but we were very disappointed that the staff did not find some ice for us when we told them that the ice maker in the fridge's freezer was not working. The person on duty said the other girl had taken home the key to the ice machine, so she couldn't get any ice. (Couldn't she go to an unoccupied suite and get some ice from a working ice maker in a fridge). Also, she told us there was a fold - out seat in the shower for my handicapped husband, and there was not, even though it was supposedly a handicapped suite. She was polite - just not very helpful.”

• Overall look of hotel.
• The breakfast bar was understocked and when we asked if they were bringing more food the staff seemed put out by our request.

“There were no waffles available and the staff said they were not putting anymore batter out, this was at 9:30 am. The breakfast bar was out of coffee, waffles, potatoes, grape jelly, sausage and juice cups, we drank out of waffle batter cups.”
