• Close to freeways; set back far from the street.
• Was totally surprised by room being a smoking room.

“As name indicates, it is best for those who are staying for an extended time, as it has a small kitchen. We stayed for a night as our house was being worked on, and they are pet friendly. But the room and bed reeked of smoke, and this made it difficult to sleep.”

• It had a small but functional kitchen.
• Parking was a problem, it competed with businesses in the area.

“Staff makes your stay a pleasant experience and the rooms are far enough off the main road so there is very little noise. Nice kitchen allows you to save on meals out.”

• The cost, the location, the appearance.
• The water temperature in the hotel changed dramatically every 5 seconds when I took my showers. Both rooms I stayed in smelled like cigarettes.

“Location. Can you fix the water temperature which changes every five seconds about 20 degrees. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Quick check in.
• Bad tenants (thug families), laundry room, some rooms smell.

“I wish there were more restaurants, shopping and sports bars within walking distance. Some of the tenants are thugs with pit bulls and scream at each other all night. Should be some kind of security inside or someone we can call. Lots of gang looking activity. I'm not predjudice but there are lots of
people that appear to not have jobs and they live there. It's scary to stay here sometimes in fear of safety and your vehicle. It's nice to see the police cruise around there once in a while though.”

• Plenty of parking and convenient access in and out.
• My room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in.

“Could have been a lot better room wasn't clean nor had the refrigerator been emptied before I arrived. Telephone did not work on a consistent basis and was a crucial necessity of my stay, I decided to stay extra night figuring staff would accommodate and give me a free night considering phone and cleanliness problems, but that didn't happen.”
