• Professional staff who were polite and helpful.

• Towels - stains, hardly any toilet paper.

“There was hardly any toilet paper in our restroom and three of the towels were attained with what appeared to be red lipstick. There was not any shampoo, soap or any other thing that you might need as though we did since it was a last minute decision that we had to make to get a hotel for the night. When we asked for toothpaste and toothbrushes the response was I doubt if we have any, was not happy overall.”

• It had a kitchen and two desks.
• Ceiling stain, roach in the sink, AC was not cool.

“Under normal circumstances, this would have been a good choice for anyone who just needed a place to sleep. I think it would be depressing to stay more than one day. I stayed here during a hurricane, so the power went off.”

• Air conditioner did not work, bath tub did not drain.

“This hotel might have been a good deal for this part of town, but it left a lot to be desired. I would prefer not to stay there again, but could tolerate it if I can find nothing better.”
