• Cleanliness of rooms and decor of rooms was really nice-nice feel to the whole place.
• Restaurant was very expensive for breakfast.

• The bed was very comfy. The room spacious & clean.
• No fridge, continental breakfast offered but expensive.

“This hotel is very nice upscale and plush. The room was very comfortable and we felt spoiled. However that was somewhat tainted by the fact that there was no mini fridge and even a continental breakfast cost an additional $14! We were also very surprised that while the room had a 2 cup coffee maker it wasn't offered anywhere else in the hotel as complimentary. These are things that much less expensive hotels often have. Fortunately we got a very good rate, thanks to Priceline so we enjoyed the plush bed and bedding. The staff was great and even though a wedding reception was taking place very close to our room we weren't bothered by noise or anything. It was a pleasant experience.”

“When I was near to our destination in Woburn, I called the hotel to inquire about room availability. I was told
that they
had a King/smoking room. I was not happy. When we arrived, I was told they could move us the next night. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They gave us two cots for our children. The room did not smell like smoke at all and I have a very keen sense of smell. The king size bed and the roll away cots were very comfortable. My husband is a diabetic and needs his insulin refrigerated. They immediately supplied us with a refrigerator. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at the Hilton in Woburn, MA and we are still very pleased and would stay there again in an instant. Wonderful staff!”
