• The staff was friendly.
• Room was small, beds were uncomfortable.

“For the price, it was good. But I'm sure would have been unhappy if I had paid even 75% of full price. The spa was not clean, towels were rare in pool area. The beds were hard and the rooms were small. The room was clean and front desk service was good.”

• The front desk person was nice.
• Everything was being charged extra, including their business center PC.

“Hotel is not very clean and charges you to use there internet access everywhere including the business center. It also smells like the hotel was recently made non-smoking and now they are trying to cover it up with air fresheners that smell like the ones used in bathrooms.”

• Close to the facilities we were going to.
• Disgustingly dirty, extremely small rooms.

“This hotel was absolutely filthy. I had to request another room as the one I was given had brown stains all over the curtains, the carpet was stained all over and had burn holes in it, the bathroom ceiling was black with mould and mildew, the beds were decrepit, slanted and the linen was dirty. The room we received after I complained didn't have mildew in the bathroom or stained curtains, but the beds were still slanted and decrepit.”

  friendly.

“The temperature was impossible to control in my room. The heater/AC unit refused to cool - only pumped out more heat, but I assume this was simply a maintenance issue.”
