“The Residence Inn-National Harbor is a great hotel. The front desk staff is warm and helpful. The breakfast offered is very good and offers the option of eating indoors or outdoors. The hotel does not provide its premium suites , but their standard suite was really wonderful and only lacked a view of the Potomac River; to save what we saved off the rack rate, I didn't need to see the river and, besides, we were out and about most of the time and only used the room for sleeping.”

“This hotel is AMAZING and in an up and coming beautiful area. The only problem we had with this hotel is the location and getting lost between downtown and the hotel. However, once we figured out the Metro and how the busing system works, everything went much smoother.”

“Modern, clean, good location for attending a conference at the Gaylord National Harbor Convention Center (across the street). Only minor problem encountered was that the room key cards failed daily and needed to be recoded daily (which was done quickly by the desk staff). Other than that, excellent stay of 4 nights. Of note, free Wi-Fi but parking is $10 per day in a garage next door with in and out privileges.”

“This hotel was great, the rooms were clean and spacious with a full kitchen including a two burner stove, dishwasher and full fridge with ice maker! (No going out of your room for ice).”

“My stay at this hotel was for my anniversary. The hotel staff made sure that my wife and I had a room with a view upon hearing that it was our special day. Then to top it off anything we needed the staff seemed to go out of their way to accommodate my wife and I as best as they could. They really made us feel like royalty in a crowded hotel on a busy inauguration weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel for any one who is going to stay at national harbor for any length of time.”
