• Check in was fast, efficient, and very informative.
• Ramps in the parking deck were narrow with little space for navigation.

“My girl friend and I were very satisfied with our stay here. It was only minutes from most attractions. Overall, we plan on coming back again real soon!”

• The balcony with the ocean view.
• The closet was falling apart.

“This hotel was perfect for my fiance and me. It had an amazing view and a huge bed. The room was very bright, but would have been kind of small for more than 2 people.”

• Hotel was right on the beach and all amenities were exactly as described.
• One room was next to a mechanical room and was very noisy.

“Grande Shores Resort has it all. It sits right on the beach. The rooms were modern, clean and well equipped. There are 3 pools - all in good condition. It has a nice fitness room and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Resort is convenient to all attractions.”

• Parking was ok.
• Further from beach than expected.

“The toilet did not flush properly. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The room was on first floor near the pool but I didn't realize that it would be literally 15 or twenty steps to dive in. So the noise of kids in the pool was very loud and I was sick and had to leave early.
Also restaurant was out of fries. So they served chips instead. But charged the same.”
