• The continental breakfast was good, we made our own waffles they were good.
• Very outdated, windows in room were very dirty, stains on the carpets.

“Carpet very dirty and stained, very outdated, windows in room were so dirty, it was hard to see out of them.”

• The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
• It was very dirty. The carpet and chairs were stained.

“The cleanliness of the hotel was bad and there were several ladybugs crawling on the ceiling and on the lamp next to our bed. This hotel was not worthy.”

• Location on a cliff overlooking the Mississippi. Rabbit hutch at restaurant.
• It exceeded our expectations.

• The staff members were friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was nice.
• Large pool, but water was cold, staff was not attentive to things like towels, opening locker rooms or making sure guests obeyed no smoking rules.

“This hotel was conveniently located just off a major highway, but our stay was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not very attentive regarding the pool area. Rooms were comfortable but with no frills. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Indoor pool was large, but water was cold. Signs requesting no smoking and no food or glass containers in pool area were ignored by other guests, but staff members weren't around to see it. The locker rooms were locked. Several used towels were stacked up at the pool area, and one of our family members had to go to the front desk for clean ones. I wasn't expecting a lifeguard, but was the pool attendant absent the day we were there? Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
