• Bed was comfortable.
• No plug in bathtub, bathmat was loose in tube.

“Things just looked a little worn. Could not find food delivery after 10:00 pm.”

• The price.
• The whole place smelled of tobacco smoke even the non smoking room we booked smelled very strongly of smoke.

“Clean but not real clean smelled bad and the spa jets were all broken.”

• through priceline i found a good rate.
• washroom in my room was in poor shape.

“this location is typical of the holiday inn experience - you never know what you'll get, but some basic expectations are always met. the room was fine. the washroom was not so good - not exactly well cleaned prior to my arrival, and the shower head barely worked. if you get a good, low rate, you won't resent the experience. but if you pay full-price, you'll feel taken advantage of.”

• Very nice and helpful staff.
• No maid service 2 of the days we were there.

“We got two rooms. In one room there was a spider infestation. Our party in that room was then moved. The staff was very nice about it and was helpful in helping us move. We stayed a total of five days. Two of those days there was no maid service for our room. We called the front desk both times and were told someone would be right over to clean the room/get us towels. No one came after 3 hours. We had to go to front desk and get everything our self. When we said we asked for maid services, they just said oh. It didn't seem like that really cared.”

• Good location, easy access to highway.
• Filthy dirty, things didn't work, lights burned out.

“The lobby and grounds looked good. Room was dirty; especially the bathroom. Things didn't work and many of the light bulbs were out. TV was very old.”
