• Convenient location, close to highway.
• Didn't clam down rowdy guest in a timely manner.

“This hotel was pretty clean. It is pet friendly, but didn't smell like pets were everywhere. The staff was friendly (except for 1 rude person). The main problem we had was a group of other guest would have a party every night (happened for about 5 nights in a row).”

• Inexpensive and
  close to Cleveland attractions.
• Perhaps needed more soap and some shampoo.

“A good extended stay type hotel space. Great for folks that are traveling in the Cleveland area. A fabulous base for seeing Cleveland area attractions particularly on the east side of town.”

• It was a great location.
• The accommodations weren't spacious and hotel staff was not knowledgeable in times of need.

“The accomodations are descent for business travelers but not for leisure. The staff was friendly for the most part but there was one staff member that when brought an issue seemed clueless.”

• It was clean, conveniently located with nice amenities for the price.
• It did not have a gym where I could work out, which is something I really value in a hotel.

“ESA Beachwood is clean, comfortable, with nice lobby and room appointments and a friendly staff. Even though I was late in arriving and the front desk was unmanned, I'd received clear instructions on how to check in without a desk clerk's help. Unfortunately, the hotel had chosen a first-floor room adjacent to the lobby, which is not to my taste. The next morning, however, they happily moved me to a quieter, second floor location - and I was grateful for the cheerful attitude over the request. My only regret is there was no gym at the location and I had to drive 2 miles to a park to go running during my hotel stay.”
