• breakfast nook -well maintained and clean
• bathroom sink could not be shutoff - handle hit wall - i did not report it

• It was clean, comfortable, quiet and I could park right outside the door of my room.
• It was a bit out of the way in an okay, but not great, area.

“The hotel is fine in its class. The staff was nice. They gave me a room with one bed but when I asked for a room with two beds they quickly and happily changed my room.”

• Affordable within easy reach of interstate highway and local restaurants.
• Rooms are a little dark.

“Buffet breakfast was limited and needed replenishing for certain items (scrambled eggs and orange juice). This is a basic place good for a one or two night stay.”

• Cleanliness and professionalism - definitely exceeded my expectations.
• No refrigerator or microwave in rooms.

“This hotel was so clean and friendly. It definitely one step below a Double Tree or Hilton Garden Inn. The location is great for travel and business as it is near all major highways in Syracuse - if you are on a budget or on business, save a buck and grab a room.”

• The fitness room. Had 1 treadmill that was broken.
