  • It was convenient, was there when I needed it!
  • The bath tub was dirty.

“My husband and I arrived at 1:45pm noone was in the office, we waited about 5min. The gard came and gave us the key to the room, which was located on the bottom floor, that was good! There were no ashtrays, it was non smoking, we smoke. All in all it was alright.”

“For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable. I was traveling with a young child so the elevator definitely came in handy.”

  • The location was what drew us to this hotel.
  • The first room we were shown was very dirty and did not have the basic hotel items, TV, phone and AC were broken not to mention the roaches.

“This is the worst. Stay away.”

  • The staff was pleasant.
  • It was a section 8 hotel, loud and felt dangerous.

“The room smelled of smoke, and the hotel appears to be a section 8 housing unit, not a hotel. while the physical plant isn't bad, the hotel itself is no where near a 2 star.”

  • Having a kitchen, it was like an effiecency apt.
  • Some of the residents made me uneasy.

“It was in the type of location where some of the residents looked like they were living in the hotel. They could have been living in a crowded hotel. That type of environment is scary since sometimes I travel alone. I was comfortable inside the suite but felt unsafe outside.”

  • Amenities were good.
  • Did not get non-smoking room I requested, charged for 2 nights.

“Hotel in questionable part of town, did not get non-smoking room I requested, was charged for two nights not single night as reserved on priceline (was refunded one night's charge), bathroom was very dirty, hotel full of workers from Hurricane crews and victims. Staff was very curtious and refunded charges without hesitation. If hotel would have been in a city not effected by the recent hurricane, may have had a more enjoyable stay.”
