  • Comfortable, pleasant, themed hotel, and
    quiet.
  • Phone system instructions not clear - lots of static also.

“Very pleasant, quiet, rooms are somewhat small but I was alone so it wasn't an issue. Moroccan theme was quite surprising but impressive.”

  • Location was excellent. Plenty of parking.
  • Not very pleasant and one doesn't get a good feeling walking up to ones room.

“Decent hotel for a short stay. Room was decent - clean and quiet. The overall layout is a bit icky - has the feel of a Motel 6 from outside. The front desk staff was a trifle incompetent - my card key didn't work at first and then she forgot to return my credit card.”

  • Centrally located and nicely appointed, this hotel met our expectations for a romantic get away.
  • Only beer and wine served in the bar, and only open Sunday through Thursday. No elevator made toting things up to the second floor a bit of a chore.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Wild Palms and are likely to stay there again when we next visit the Bay Area. Very close to El Camino, where there are restaurants and shopping. Also, very close to the freeway for easy access. The staff was very friendly. Aside from the bar being limited to only beer and wine, and then only open Sunday through Thursday, there was very little negative to say. To be picky, we would have liked a microwave oven in the room. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and so we just didn't use it. An elevator would be nice for those staying on the second floor.”

  • Very cute, nicely decorated fun.
  • No shuttle service to airport, front desk staff not knowledgeable.

“I would definitely stay here again, it was charming.”
