• The help was excellent and very helpful.
• Horrible location, next to a night club with bright lights and a casino. Not the best people to be around.

“The hotel was decently clean, unfortunately the parking lot is shared with a night club next door, and customers of the hotel are forced to park in the rear, no where near any access doors. Hotel room was nice, the furniture was a little beat up and looked to be an ex party room. The hotel employees were very nice and extremely help full.”

• The bed was great.
• The deluxe continental breakfast wasn't even close.

“Overall, a very nice room with a great bed. Very nice staff. The deluxe continental breakfast was a basic continental breakfast at best. There is no shuttle despite one being listed in the hotel amenities.”

• Our room had recently been renovated.
• Other than our room, the hotel was dirty, and in dire need of renovation!

“Hotel is in a very unsafe area, and the night club next door created much noise all night long! The lobby, breakfast room, halls, elevators and public areas were very filthy, with graffiti noted on the elevator walls! Food quality was terrible, and the cleanliness of both the serving area and staff precluded us from wanting to eat at the hotel!”
