“I am a smoker and there were no smoking rooms available, so I had to go outside to the parking lot, which seems a little unsafe for a woman. The first room - the bed was not made and dirty dishes in the sink, the hotel gave us a different room.”

• The rooms were clean and well designed.
• The carpet in the hallways looked old and worn.

“The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The carpets in the hallway looked worn and dirty and there was an overall unpleasant odor in the hallway. Parking is somewhat of a challenge on weekend nights since this hotel is located in a large shopping center.”

  close to good eats, theatres, stores.
• Night check in was a nightmare.

“This hotel is very conveniently located to stores, good eats and movies. Staff was
very polite and friendly. Accommodations excellent for a business person as myself.”

“The price of this hotel does not reflect the bare environment. You need to ask for shampoo. The furniture was scratched and missing handles leaving one with a feeling of insecurity.”
