• The staff at the front desk were very pleasant.
• Showed signs of wear even though it was touted as an upscale hotel. Two ice machines were broken.

“The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly/helpful. The hotel itself showed signs of wear, and the halls were dark. Two ice machines were broken. This is not, in my opinion, an upscale hotel. However, it was quite adequate.”

• Plenty of restaurants available.
• Pool was not heated as and broken!

“Staff was very pleasant, rooms were clean. Had to pay for coffee in common areas. Pool and steam room broken.”

• Attractive lobby, clean room, good restaurants, helpful shuttle.

“This hotel was everything I expected and more. The room was clean and well appointed. We tried the Westside cafe for breakfast and Bagali's Italian restaurant for dinner, and both were very good. The lobby was very nice, featuring a large copper-topped fireplace. The hotel was on par with your typical Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn quality-wise. The shuttle (which leaves the hotel every half hour for the Vail villages) was very convenient since it saved me $25 worth of all day parking each day in the village.”

• Hey, it's in Vail!

“Hotel lobby was warm, cozy and well decorated. The hotel room was comfortable but could have used a bit more style (and furniture). Overall I had a very nice impression of the property and the staff was excellent.”

“Easy access, good staff. Concierge could be more knowledgeable. Try the breakfast at the attached deli/eatery.”
