• The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
• The whirlpool was a little dirty. There was a fee for wireless internet in the room.

“The lobby had contemporary decor. There is a view of the Sears tower from of the hotel. Dempsey's lounge and the restaurant areas were very nice and great for entertaining. The food was wonderful. The waitstaff was friendly. There is also a Starbucks located inside the hotel. The weight room was adequate having at least one of the most popularly used machines and free weights.”

• Convenient to restaurants and shops.
• The lobby was hot, the mattress was torn, the towels smelled. I have photos of the torn mattress.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lobby has not AC, the boxiest below the mattress was torn, the towels smells, there was literally no service available once you checked in at the front desk.”

• It was close (walking distance) to fast food and a shopping center as well as airport.

• It feels like an apartment, not a hotel.

“I never knew about extended stay hotels, I love them, I liked the layout, having a kitchen is great and homey. Staff was very nice.”

• Close to airport, easy access and inexpensive.
• Hospital-like, institutional, room smelled of cigarettes.

“A convenient and clean place to stay with zero atmosphere, the Extended Stay near the Burbank Airport has parking and is adjacent to a mall. Near I-5, it is a quick drive to downtown LA. The large room had a clean, minimally stocked kitchen, an open closet with little room to hang clothes (for a longer, extended, stay) and an iron and ironing board.”

• Kkitchen.
• Constant fire alarm.

“I would never stay at this hotel. There's never a chance for a decent night's or day's sleep. There are people living in the hotel and they set off the fire alarm. Uncomfortable beds.”

• The room was not cleaned and the power went out.

“I checked in on Fri night, got my keys and left. I came back to sleep and then left for the day on Saturday. When I returned Sate evening the room was not cleaned nor were the towels replaces. Around midnight the power went off and was still off when I checked out. I was unable to shower due to the power outage and there were no apologies made by the staff for the inconvenience. As were there no apologies for the room not being cleaned earlier that day.”

“Good place to stay for a short stint - close to highways and airport/Mall. Not exactly romantic but very utilitarian.”
