• Staff were courteous, friendly and co-operative as well as the decent facilities offered by hotel.
• Laundry vending machine, should be checked promptly for supplies.

“The hotel was affordable, excellent staff with great services. Though there is need for improvement in the laundry section, a business center could be considered for guests without laptops. Overall experience was very satisfactory.”

• Quick highway access.
• Dust piled up on top of appliances and corners of counters.

“An excellent location located next to one of Detroit's largest malls. Several places for all varieties of food located nearby (many within walking distance). Quick access to all major highways.”

• Exceeded my expectations for the money.
• Staff seemed distracted or put-upon.

“For the business traveler this place is ideal. I didn't like that I had to pay for a wireless connection as a business traveler. The location was great with local restaurants, major movies theater, and other businesses withing walking distance. I would definitly stay here again.”

“I arrived at 1:00 a.m. The door was locked and there was no one at the desk to let me in. The late check-in box did not have a key for me, and the "courtesy" phone did not work. If I hadn't had my cell phone to call someone, I would have been sleeping in my car. I told this to three front desk staff and no one offered me any accomodation for the bad experience. Please pass this along to the hotel.”

• We loved having all kitchen amenities provided.
• The outside hallway smelled.

“It was in an excellent location. It had a wonderful kitchen and they even provided utensils, plates, cups and a toaster. It was a fantastic value.”

• The entire stay was wonderful, the staff was outstanding,
  I would stay there anytime i'm in the area. it was great.
• nothing it was all great especiely the staff.

“I would recommed this hotel to anyone it is a wonderful place and the staff makes it that much better and i would like to especilly thank lori. thank you form the botton of my heart form helping me get there.”

• Front desk very helpful and friendly.
• due to construction was hard to get to.

“Clean warm friendly atmosphere especially if you are a late check in when front desk closes at 11:00. there is a box located at the front door with key located inside.”

“It was terrible! Talisha was our desk clerk. She was rude. She told us and the people ahead of us she didn't want to deael with us and told the people ahead of us the manager didn't want to either. The police were there multiple times and the fire alarm was pulled 6 times between 5:30 am and 8 am. This hotel sucked!”
