• Excellent staff help and very close to airport.

“It was a very pleasant stay and the staff made extra effort to return a personal article which I had left at the hotel. They called me at the airport and delivered the item directly to me before my flight was boarding. Restaurant and service exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We arrived fairly late at night as planned yet found the staff alert and courteous and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a place to stay near KCI.”

• Food was mediocre, I should have gotten a hand-cut steak

“Excellent service from the staff, pleasant decor, well-equipped business center and proximity to the airport make this hotel a great for business travelers. Please put AC in the business center. Although I suppose it's a time saver, I typically don't like my sauna and copy machine in the same room.”

• Close to airport, clean.

“This is a fairly new hotel. As such, it is clean and has good spaces. It's close to the Kansas City Airport, something like a five minute wait for the shuttle. Like many airport area hotels, the dining choices are limited but that's not the fault of the hotel. I'll stay here again in a New York minute.”

• HUGE oversized shower was wonderful.

“We were very pleased with our accommodations and service at this hotel. Even though the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night, it was a wonderful experience!”

• Front desk staff was very accommodating.

“The staff set aside the room we needed for us and had everything ready to roll as soon as we showed up. Very friendly and nice facility.”

• Nice room.
• The room was a nonsmoking room but had a stale smoke smell.

“Hotel is very convenient to KCI Airport but a little ways away from downtown, casinos and ballparks. Room was comfortable. Room was a nonsmoking room but had a stale smoke smell that wasn't noticeable after a little bit.”

• New hotel.
• Pool area and pool temperature was too cold. Room Furnace kicked on every 90 seconds and was loud.

“My first impression was Wow, what a nice place but when we arrived in our room and heard the furnance noise we were very disappointed. Watching TV was impossible. We also were unable to adjust it! We tried to turn it off but it still cycled on every 90 seconds or so. We were never asked by the staff if we enjoyed our stay, even when I called the following day to ask about a charge on my bill.”
