• The three free cocktails a day cards
• Expensive parking, valet only

“It was a very nice hotel for the price we paid. However, the valet parking was too expensive. The pool on the roof was nice though.”

• I enjoyed the social hour, that you are not able to find at most hotels. The breakfast was good and hot.

“This hotel was one of the greatest Hotels we have stayed at and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for lots of bang for your buck. The social hour, breakfast, and overall hotel atmosphere was GREAT! The employees were all nice and willing to help in any way you needed them to.”

• Location, price, and quality.
• No place to eat IN hotel, but might be getting one.

“Very nice hotel, stayed there two weekends in a row, and was very pleased with how close the night life parts of the Riverwalk were. Safe for families and had very easy access to Alamo, and other family friendly activities. Breakfast and happy hour were outstanding, and all hotel employees were very polite and helpful.”

• Ceiling fan, temperautre control in room and
  location.
• Hair in sheets upon arrival, very cold hot tub.

“The room was great with a ceiling fan, easy to use temperature control, and good lighting. Liked how dark the room was with the curtains drawn. Water didn't come out of the shower head very well. Didn't like the hair in the sheets (it wasn't my hair). Wanted to use the hot tub but the temperature in the tub was freezing cold. Breakfast each morning was the exact same. Would have been nice to offer bacon instead of only sausage. Pancakes were rubbery. Evening drinks and happy hour was a nice! Would stay here again.”

• Expensive valet- but about average for the location.

“Room was clean, comfy, and well put together. Bed was very comfortable and wireless internet is free. Rooftop pool and hot-tubs are excellent and have a great view of downtown San Antonio.”
