• The pool and the staff they were friendly and helpful.
• Dirty carpet, moldy bathroom, gloomy and dark.

“The main entrance needs something to impress the visitor. Plain. The carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom was moldy and dark. The carpets in the hallways dirty, hallway appeared dark, gloomy not cheerful and welcoming.”

• No comforters on bed.
• No snack machines only soda.

“Nice hotel no snack machines anywhere in hallways only soda machines. Child friendly, not for qa romantic getaway.”

• The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
• Shuttles to Disney were extremely sporadic and inconvenient.

“The kids loved the pool area although it was a bit to public for me; it was too close to the road and the parking lot. Some of my group ate breakfast at the hotel and highly recommended the buffet. I was disappointed that the shuttle to Disney ran so infrequently. If we did not have a car it would have been horrible. At the end of the day it was a great value and we definitely were delighted.”

• Great swimming pool for the children.
• Dated and a bit run down lobby, bathrooms.

“A good hotel if you are only crashing after a long day at the parks. There is an awesome dough nut shop called Hotties across the parking lot, great coffee. Don't bother with the hotel coffee. another plus is the swimming pool they have a fun water slide connected to the pool and the kids loved it.”
