• The entrance was very attractive and I liked the bar/dining area.
• Nothing.

“I loved my room at this hotel. My bed was comfortable, it was quiet, very clean and the room had an updated look. I also loved the complimentary breakfast and the food was good. The general manager was very nice as were all the other staff members. The next time I have to work in Greensboro, I will definitely stay here. I worked downtown and it was only 10 minutes to my destination. The traffic was a breeze (I am from Atlanta where it is terrible)!”

• Great food.
• No entertainment nearby.

“You have to pay for meals,also the fitness only have two treadmills with no TV. There
is a gym club about five miles but if you dont have a car you are stuck.”

  helpful, but too few.
• Dish network not working - little TV and no internet. Food was
  cold and very overpriced.

“Interstate under construction, making hotel difficult to access. Room was clean, beds were EXCELLENT; no stand on which to place luggage, requiring it to be put on floor or bed. Skeleton staff to cover wide variety of duties. Breakfast buffet expensive and cold. I would not stay here again.”

• A
  bit further from airport than other airport hotels.

“The Wyndham was clean and had modern appointments. The staff was young and friendly, the shuttle service to the GSO Piedmont Triad Airport was available 24hours when requested.”

• The room was nice.
• Staff was rude and lied about services.

“The hotel has horrible customer service but has modern and clean rooms though. At check-in, my wife and I were promised that since there was no shuttle driver that they would pay for a taxi to our car which was 2 miles away. The next morning, the desk clerk refused to honor the promise and said that the manager had said that she could not do it and pointed to him leaving in the parking lot. Nice rooms though.”

• Clean, comfortable beds and working space for business.
• Too much light under the door (gap) noise/light.

“Very efficient. Staff very helpful and quick. Beds are very comfortable. Work space is large and complete with lamp. Room service food was excellent! Room coffee maker provided 24 hour Wolfgand Puck coffee. Definitely will stay again.”
