“This hotel used to be nice, it has been remodled in last couple of years but has never been as nice as when it was jumers hotel.
Apparently no security at all. I never imagined that
I was bidding on a hotel as poor as this one when it was suppose to be 2 1/2 stars, it clearly is not.”

  • Great location for Bradley University in Peoria.
  • The room had a musty smell.

“Old Radisson in Peoria is in dire need of updating. The staff is nice, friendly, and willing to help. Unfortunately they are working with some really old bones. It would be difficult to describe the place as quaint but at the right price for one night it met my needs.”

  • The pool was the best part of the stay.
  • I had to go to the front desk 5 times before they sent maintenance to fix the door to the room.

“Under renovation would have been more appropriate. Decor was very out dated. The building from the outside was beautiful, the lobby area was beautiful. The areas for the guest rooms we very much so less attractive. The shower water was barely warm, not refreshing at all. The hair dryer ran for about 20 seconds and then shut off. This is a very old hotel and needs a lot of TLC to get it up to par with other Radisson Hotels that I have stayed in in the past. Not what I was expecting at all. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was nice and clean.”

  • Room upgrade after mistake. Classy decor. Good staff.

“Good hotel, updated, but still very dated features. Friendly staff, responsive to complaints, but required a watchful eye as mistakes did happen.”

  • Very unique castle medievel style look.
  • The hotel really seems to have not changed the carpeting, couches, etc. in years. Sleepnumber bed came with no remote to work it.

“There was food and cigarette packs in the dresser drawer from the last guests, old carpeting/little maintenance though it was clean. Cracked windows.”
