• Reasonably priced ( for NYC).
• The neighborhood is somewhat rundown & unattractive.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was fairly cold as the window was not well insulated. The bathroom was also very spartan in its amenities and only had the option for a shower ( no bath tub).”

• The decor of the rooms and location!
• The room design allowed a lot of light to come through in the morning.

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The only small complaint we had was the bathroom has a window that allows natural light into the main room...in the morning that light is very bright and woke us up very early.”

“I had fully intended to find a hotel far below the quality which I experienced at this hotel. It's not a hotel neighborhood, it's an area somewhat congested with mostly foot traffic, and there are no other major hotels nearby. Not to mention Chinatown isn't the nicest area, in terms of storefront appearance, etc. But, I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel entrance was nice and attractive, but the real Oasis was inside the door. It was very nice, modern, clean, and well organized. The staff was very nice and extremely friendly. The room was updated and clean, with modern accents. The AC worked well, and I had a view of the hustle-and-bustle of the street below. My stay was short, only two nights, but I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others.”

• Courteous staff and location.
• Entrance.

“It does not appear like a hotel from outside, but when we reached the lobby, expression was totally different. It was a clean, close to all amenities and easily assessable to transportation.”
