• Hotel staff was excellent, and the location was great. The room was very nice.
• The bathroom was very small and the walls were thin.

• We arrived at 6:00 AM and they gave us a lovely room.
• Could use remodeling in the rooms, but they were very clean and met our needs.

“Old world, charming, and well-located between Midtown and Central Park. Randolf's bar is a pleasant throwback to a different time.”

• The staff made us feel like we were special and treated us hospitable.
• We did not have a coffee maker in our rooms.

  I wish I got this name as he was superbly helpful.
• Very slow packed elevators.

• Great location, comfortable beds.
• No working AC. Upon check-in, substantial hold placed on credit card for incidentals. I've stayed at many hotels and never had such a large hold.

“Good size room. Not much common space in lobby. Shower pressure is very high, and often leaked onto the marble floor. Hard to get room the right temperature, AC not working.”

• The room was very large, good location, close to F train and midtown, and nice staff. Very satisfied.

“I think the Warwick was worth every penny. The room was huge. We had 4 suitcases and were not cramped at all. Comfortable bed. Small vanity in bathroom, but who cares. Its NYC! The staff was polite and attentive. No complaints at all about my stay at the Warwick.”

• Location was good for the shopping .... we walked a lot but that was good.
• We would rate this hotel at the most a 3 star.

• The room was beautiful.
• The lobby is small.

“I was so surprised at how nice the hotel was and to learn that the Beatles stayed here when they appeared on Ed Sullivan. Our room was beautiful and spacious, more than I expected!”

• Central location was excellent for walking excursions.
• Shower temperature would vary from hot to cold in seconds.

“The hotel was very clean and presentable. Even though our room was directly across from the elevators it was quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions.”

• Location and service were fantastic.
• Elevators and lobby were small.

“Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. It is very old and therefore, the elevators are old fashioned and slow and the lobby is small and crammed. But the service was excellent - we were upgraded to deluxe room on check-in and any type of requested service was responded to quickly. You also can't beat the location.”

• Location.
• Tub/shower caulking was full of mildew.

“Great location and lots of fun historical photos. Restaurants were pricey, so we did not use them. Room was small but quiet - bathroom tub/shower was not clean - needed mildew removal. Would definitely stay there again.”

• Staff was wonderful, room was spacious and quiet. Loved the history.
• Elevators were small and few.

“Everyone of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful intimate character. The elevators are crowded and sometimes you have to wait but wasn't a deal breaker sort of hardship for us.”
