  • Very helpful and friendly staff.
  • Room was very hot when first went in.

“Typical extended stay hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Tastefully decorated.”

  • Relatively cheap rate.
  • It was old, unclean, and sparse.

“We arrived at the hotel late & it was pretty empty. The staff get us a room fairly quickly. However, the new room did not have hot water in the shower. To correct this, we were given a 2nd room to shower in. Not the most convenient but it was that or cold showers. There were some sort of bugs in the bathroom. The end tables & desks had sticky rings on them from something but they were so old it did not come off. Also, the television was so old that there was a white film all around the perimeter of the television.”

  • It seemed a bit tired, worn.

“My main gripe is that your directions were backwards. I drove 11 miles the wrong way, and then had to double back. I guess an off-ramp had been closed when they were written, so the directions had me take a different ramp & turn around in a parking lot. Seriously. BTW - the preferred ramp is now open. I like your service, but I was really grumpy over this situation.”

  • The continental breakfast buffet was nice.
  • I found most of the staff to be cold.

“The hotel is intended for long-term stays so there is no linen service or housekeeping if you're only staying for 2 days as I did. That being said, the amenities were nice. Appliances included a hair dryer, iron with board, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, television. In addition, there was a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, and flatware. The bed was comfortable, the staff was mostly cold and impersonal. All in all it was okay.”
