• Breakfast was great.
• Fire alarm went on and we couldn't go to our rooms until 1 am!

“Overall my experience was just ok for the price. I was given wrong directions to a gas station and almost ran out of gas until I found one on my own 10 miles away~ Would consider another hotel.”

• Location-close to the stadium and other amenities
• Need to promote activities and sites to see.

“Overall, very friendly staff and very clean. Room had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed in the jacuzzi tub, more of a big soaking tub. Shuttle service was really handy. I wish there was more info on sites to see and attractions. Continental breakfast was excellent. Location can't be beat. Close to stadiums and parks, has nearby restaurants and bars, but a safe and quiet neighborhood.”

• Convenient to the city.
• Expensive parking/breakfast area seating very limited.

“Nice stay overall. Parking- $18 a day, and not a lot of spaces! Breakfast was really good, but not enough seating. My husband & I had to take our breakfast back up to the room. Made it hard to get refills on drinks, etc.”

• Close to our final destination.
• Little higher priced than I would have expected.

“Clean hotel. We were there just overnight to see a Pirates game and some of the sites. Although a breakfast was offered in the morning, there was not enough seating due to a College football game nearby. Had to go out and pay for breakfast which was an unplanned expense.”

• Great location, friendly helpful staff.
• Exceptionally long lines at breakfast.

“The was no bar soap in the room, request at front desk for soap took about 20 minutes. A person on our floor had vomited and was passed out in the hallway. Not much of an exercise room.”

• Close to both pnc park and heinz field.
• Pay to park.

“Hotel Was Right across the street from pnc park so its great if your going to check out a pirate game the only down fall is that it costs 18 bucks a day to park there. Also there arent many establishments around the hotel that are family oriented more or less just bars with restaurants in them.”
