• Hotels was good, as it stayed on beach.
• Hotel was not as close to South beach.

• The atmosphere was very upscale and new.
• I didn't like that it cost me $25 to park my van per day, but it is an urban area and parking is tough.

“The Holiday Inn at Miami Beach is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. You are only steps from the beach. The pool area is very tropical. I loved the outside Tiki bar! Very relaxing! We were just minutes from South Beach and shopping. My family and I had a GREAT time!”

• Musty hallways. Did not like mafia-like valet parking rules and gratuity added at pool tiki bar.

• Bad custumer service.

“This hotel was very expensive for what it had to offer. Nice lobby, but rooms leave a lot to be desired for. We had water leaking in through the ceiling, and a broken shower, and our TV wasn't working properly, and when we spoke to them about it, they said we have to wait until the morning to have all fixed.”
