• Great price, nice staff and clean room.
• Free breakfast wasn't that great.

“This was the least expensive hotel in the area and I'm glad we chose it. The room had a mini fridge, TV and microwave. My laptop broke but they have a computer in the common area with internet that worked just fine. Everyone was very nice and the guy who checked us in gave us directions when we were in a hurry that saved us a lot of time. Very pleasant experience.”

• Close to location i traveled to.
• Ws beside a closed business.

“The staff was helpful and the area was quiet.
I would stay there again. It was a short distance to the Biltmore House in Asheville.”

• Rooms were recently renovated. Fresh paint & new decor.
• We had trouble locating the Royal Inn because there wasn't a Royal Inn sign. The sign said "Super 8 coming soon" which we drove past several times.

“The hotel was perfect for the price. We just wanted a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced room, which is what we got. When we couldn't find the hotel due to the sign change, we called the hotel and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.”
