• We were able to get non-smoking adjoining rooms on the first floor.

• Accommodated all needs for younger children, brought crib to room after 11:00pm. Kids loved the pool.
• Maids couldn't/wouldn't speak English. Ignored requests by women, but they flirted outrageously with the man & accommodated man's request only.

“Friendly desk staff, when I arrived she asked greeted me by name. Very easy access from & to the interstate, I hadn't realized before there were any hotels that convenient to I-66. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay by 2 additional nights. We bought 2 of the pillows when we left, Sheraton has comfy signature beds and will sell the pillows, mattresses or linens if they have any new, unopened in stock. I'd shopped all over for soft, feather/down pillows & haven't found any as comfortable as the Sheraton pillows.”

• Location is convenient to I 66.
• Lots of construction workers, and noise.

• Lobby area was very clean and hotel personnel welcoming and friendly.
• Older hotel and rooms need to be updated.

• For the area, it's quite affordable.
• The location is not all that convenient, and it's difficult to find entrance/exit.

“Overall, it's a decent Holiday Inn. The restaurant is pretty weak as far as menu selection, but the staff is nice.”
