“Our stay was fine, but I wouldn't suggest this hotel for more than one night. This hotel is fine for one night before a flight out of the St. Louis airport. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast was just okay. This hotel, like others we've booked with Priceline, is a work in progress. The rooms have been newly renovated, and they are fine for a quick hotel stay, but the amenities, such as the pool & restaurant are closed.”

“I did not like the room that was given to me. The bath tub was not drained so I had to drain myself. The towels were dirty. The room looked dark and gloomy. Only good thing is the location and free cable.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful.Hotel was clean for the most part although the hall looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in awhile. Our room itself was clean.”

“Not family friendly, ants crawling out of the garbage can. Dim lit parking lots. A loud man stumbling through the lobby and up to his room with a beer bottle in one hand and a scantly clad woman in the other. Sounds like some cheap motel in the ghetto? Nope, this was the Ramada St. Louis Airport Inn. This is not what we expected out of a Ramada. Had I known, I wouldn't have wanted to stay at this place by myself, let alone with my wife and 2 young kids. What else? Meager breakfast. The staff was unprofessional and unpleasant, parts of the hotel were closed off until further notice (pool, restaurant) or were out of order (water fountain) or were in need of repair (broken faucet handle in bathroom, walls scarred up all over the hotel, etc). The staff had no interest in our ant problem, but I can't blame them as they probably have maintenance requests from every customer that checks out. If you are interested, check out the horror stories on this hotel from reviews. They range from people getting stuck in elevators to personal property getting stolen. Do not stay here.”

“We stayed here a week ago and our experience was better, then. This time our room was very dirty and our glass slider was open and the remote didn't have any batteries and the toilet paper holder was broken. They desperately need to make some repairs. They also have a pool that doesn't work.”

“Breakfast was extremly meager. Ran out of coffee, ran out of juice. Nothing to choose from to eat except sticky buns, waffles and muffins full of sugar and fat.”

“Dirty, smelly, untrained staff, breakfast could not serve all the guest (it was first come, first served), poor curb appeal, first floor rooms are not the safe (sliding glass door for 1st floor rooms), water temps fluctuate wildly in my shower.”

“We stayed one night and the check in was fine. The response from the registration was ok.The bathroom needed a little repair, the recreation area could have been better accessible.Other than that besides the internet not working right it was ok. They had a very small continental breakfast. I would not return.” |
