• Close to the arena.
• I do not feel the arena was walking distance as stated.

“There was a parking charge that I was unaware of. The parking was not even in a parking ramp or a fenced in area.”

• Everything at hotel was terrific - O'Hare airport is the difficult part.

• I liked the ease in finding the hotel, it great location to Allstate Arena ,the pool, and breakfast bar.
• I travel a great deal and think 16.00 to park in an unsecured lot is ridiculous. That was biggest complaint at breakfast from all guests.

“Hotel clean, breakfast bar nice, pool clean, great location, easy to find, but think $16.00 to park your own car in unsecured lot a rip-off. A hotel this nice doesn't need to diminish itself by charging so much to park. Every guest was talking about it at breakfast the next morning. Get rid of this negative item. Would recommend hotel. Staff very friendly. No towels in pool though even after calling front desk 3 times and going to front desk twice.”

• I loved the bed! The pillows and mattress were so comfortable.
• Everything was too expensive in the hotel store, near the front desk, and nothing was marked. 4 juice drinks and 2 shot glasses were $28.

• Great breakfast and snack service. Variety of comfortable pillows in my room.
• I think parking should be complimentary for guest. A simple parking sticker would be easy to verify validity of cars in their lot.

“Information about parking should have been stated ($14.00/ day). Within blocks of ht eRosemont and located on Manneheim Road for easy access into the West side or downtown Chicago using local traffic. Close to many restaurants.”
