• Location.
• Room and breakfast not clean.

“Actually got a queen size and when I went to desk to ask the desk clerk conveniently didn't understand English then, said internet wrong, no pillows all gone. Also one of the maintainance personel propped open doors to the outside. Some rooms had not locks and some looked as if the doors had been broken into. Not a nice experience. Rooms smelled. Handle for sink fell off in my hand when I went to wash my hands.”

• It was cheap.
• It appears run down, the entrance night doors did not work, the white towel had stains that were not desirable.

“I was alone and not really where I would take my family, which is not my usual opinion of Super 8. The laundry service really needs to be checked out. the dirty white towel finished me, I won't stay again.”

• Close to down town.
• The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

“If a comfortable bed is not a big issue and you are not afraid of spiders, this is the place to stay.”

• The staff was incredible, very friendly and accommodating.
• The fridge, tub and toilet were broken. Light bulbs were burned out.

“If it had not been for the staff, I probably would have found somewhere else to stay. I think the rooms could have been kept up a little better. The breakfast was very nice.”

• Hole in the wall of the bathroom; very noisy people on the floor; plumbing was mediocre.

“For a quick stay the motel was fine, but the motel could use an overall updating such as painting, carpeting, odor.”
