• Great location, Starbucks in lobby, clean, great quick breakfast next door, friendly staff.
• Very small space, great for solo traveler or 2 people comfortable with each other.

“Great location, clean, and quick dining right out the door. Fairly quiet but our room was bright. Not great for 2 people wanting comfortable space. Tiny room and maybe that is common in NY, but not what a west-coaster is used to. Only downside . Everything else was great.”

• Very clean, comfortable reasonably contemporary accommodations.
• No dislikes although very small rooms might not meet some travelers expectations.
  

“Hotel is a pleasant little hotel. Rooms are very small but very clean and comfortable. Tiny lobby which, with a glass wall separation, shares the space with a laid-back Starbucks. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

• The location was perfect for sightseeing.
• The rooms were too small and the price too high as there were no facilities.

“The Hotel was brand new, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable. The staff very friendly but the lobby and room were very tiny with no wardrobe space in the room. The i-pod docking system and free Internet were a bonus however and as we were sightseeing for only 3 days, its the perfect location for walking round New York.”

• One of the best experiences I have had, in perhaps more than 50 trips to NYC.
• Small rooms, but if you are alone, it is ok. It smelled the first day funny.

“It gives you the best value for your money. My finding has been one of the best I have had in NY. Due to my business I have stayed from The Plaza, the Drake, Meridian, Westin, etc. to Metro, La Quinta, Red Roof Inn, and this has been one of the best for the prices. It is modern, clean, well located, hip minimalist hotel. Wonderful bed and excellent staff. The restaurant around the corner is also great,
