Eiji from North Bethesda,MD “The room was luxury, quiet and clean. The location is also good for shopping and sight seeing. They gave us a complimentary transport service in a few miles.”

“We liked the atmosphere and staff at this hotel. The kids loved the outdoor fireplace where the hotel provided supplies for making S'mores. It was an easy walk to the Santa Fe attractions and restaurants of the historic district. The room was nice but not super family friendly (meaning no fridge, no microwave, no separate toilet room or sink).”

“A hotel that holds the promise of an expensive spa resort but does not hold up at close inspection. Rooms are comfortable but cheaply appointed, public spaces show signs of wear, restaurants are mediocre but overpriced and stuffy. Main criticism is the fact that most rooms have windows at courtyard level. The absence of privacy forces one to keep the windows covered at all times. Service is friendly and efficient.”

“Awesome little private casitas, very quiet grounds, pricey spa, the epitome of Santa Fe.”

“The staff was great, we had 3 dinners in the Fuego restaurant and they were excellent and a very good value. The location was very much in the middle of things. Would stay at La Posado again if I got the Priceline rate!”

“We did not, nor did we want to, spend any time in the room. There was no room to move around. It was hard to find things. The room was very cluttered. A postage stamp would have been larger! the bathrooms had all the ammenities, but there was no room to put anything. But the location was wonderful, and I would stay there again just for that reason. Also the resort adds a 'resort fee' of $30.00 which isn't optional. Why don't they just add it to the price of the room? Very misleading. the hotel has a free shuttle within 2 miles of the hotel which is nice.”

“Great place to stay in the heart of Santa Fe, just a short pleasant walk to the Plaza. The grounds were peaceful and beautiful.”

“Amazing staff- from the recommendations of the valet parkers to the check in staff - everyone was accomodating and full of great suggestions. The room was so cute and charming- like having our own deluxe cabin. Bartender at pool bar made the best drinks and was so friendly. Great place and awesome grounds!”

“The 2 big negatives were the extra fee of $30 per night for very little of value, and not having access to our vehicle except by having a valet bring it from off site. The grounds were littered with leaves and twigs several days after a hail storm. On the up-side, the bedding and linens were nice quality, the location was good, and the patio restaurant was a decent value by Santa Fe standards.”

“I loved the ambience of this place. The adobe architecture of the rooms make them feel secluded, even though the hotel is a few blocks from the heart of Santa Fe. The pool area is nice and relaxing, but the pool is a little small for serious swimming. The one negative was the unexpectedly expensive resort/parking fees on top of the room fees.”

“Great location, comfy bed, biggest negative was the additional $30 per day resort fee which had to be paid at the hotel (separate from the Priceline bill already paid) which put us over budget for our vacation plans. Valet parking is less convenient need to allow extra time to depart hotel.”

“The hotel gives the feel of staying out in a ranch with its decor and furniture. Staff was very friendly but there is maintains issues around Hotel Representatives:
