• No wait to check in.
• $5 Internet fee.

• The room was clean.
• No pool, Kleenex, shampoo, pretty no frills.

“While the room was clean I would however rate this a 1 star at best due to the fact that there is no pool, no Kleenex in the room and no shampoo. Pretty much no frills. The room was pretty loud and it was hard to sleep. Garbage pickup was at 1:15 am which woke us all up. The in room fridge was loud too and had to be shut off in order to sleep. If you are a business traveler who needs an extended stay with a kitchen this may suit you well but if you are a family just on an overnight adventure then this is not your place.”

“Extended Stay America in Kansas City St. Louis was rather run-down. The bed had cigarette burns in the mattress and other unidentifiable stains on the bedclothes. Upon arrival into the room there was no toilet paper. There were also several bug larvae on the walls. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, except those who must have a kitchenette and can't afford anywhere better to go.”

• It was comfortable. The beds were great!
• There were lady bugs in one of the rooms. Not just a few but an entire nest.

“This was a nice hotel. It met the needs of the 2 groups that attended with me. If I would want to change anything that would have made the experience better, it would be to have a choice of 2 beds
instead 1 bed.”

• Easy check in and out, location was good.
• Hard bed, flat pillows, scratchy sheets, dirty carpet.

“The hotel is right off the highway and close to several nice residential areas. The hotel lobby and stairwell/hallways all seemed very clean. However, the carpet in my room was quite stained and felt dirty. It is economy all the way, with no toiletries except two bars of soap. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were small and flat, and the sheets were scratchy. The AC unit was extremely loud. Still, this hotel would have been acceptable if I had been paying for an economy hotel.”

• Dirty, rundown, hair in bathroom (not mine).

“Didn't think it was a very good location, staff was not cooperative when told at check in there was hair in bathroom, didn't seem to care. Very unsatisfied
