• It is new, so everything is fresh no worn carpets etc.
• No fridge in room.

“New, fresh, modern. Very comfy bed. Great bathroom. Flat screen TV in room. Highly recommended. Staff was very friendly. Good location.”

“This is a comfortable, well appointed commercial hotel in Tarrytown. There is nothing memorable or unique about it. The service was good, it is convenient. My only negative would be the indoor pool, there is no outdoor one. I have been in bigger bathtubs.”

• Location, brand new, very good, and helpful staff.
• Sound proofing between rooms is not good!

“Wonderful brand new hotel in a convenient location. Great lobby and bar and restaurant area and a very nice, welcoming staff that is extremely helpful. Pool and fitness room are very nice. The only problem is soundproofing between the rooms is not that good, but the rooms themselves are spectacular. A nice touch is a microwave oven in the ice and vending rooms of each floor.”

• The things that I most like about this hotel was the flat screen TV, the shower, and the beautiful women that work there.
• The room was smaller then I thought it would be.

• Customer service was great before we even arrived - we were lost we called and were given precise directions. Our stay was great.
• I have no complaints, we were greeted with great service. We departed with great service.
