  • Rooms have appropriate amenities.
  • Parking - there is none.

“The hotel itself is quite adequate for business travel needs. The sole huge problem is lack of parking. There are only twenty or so spaces on the premises. There is additional parking in a multi-story structure down the block, but there are no elevators so you have to carry/drag your luggage up and down the steps. I consider this a major negative and would not stay here again.”

  • Friendly.
  • The pool was closed and the air conditioner went out during the night it was very unconfortable.

“The hotel was having problems with the pool and air conditioner while I was there most likely my stay would have been better if those two problems had not happened it was a nice place and very friendly.”

  • Individual artist themed rooms.
  • Dirty pool and no restaurant.

“It was inexpensive and very pretty. Right in downtown phoenix, so good acsess to business ad resturaunts. Pool and hot tub were very dirty. But staff was nice.”

  • It's location.
  • When checking out told I had to pay an extra $3 for service.

“It was nice, parking was poor, service other than friendly and extra charge added after the stay. Put the $3.00 in the price.”

  • Price.
  • Had to walk past Adult Bookstore to get to hotel from parking garage.

“Bizarre little hotel! Appeared to be a boutique hotel - no just bizarre! No restaurant, no room service, no workout room, very little on site parking. If you are not one of the 20 cars able to park in the parking lot you have to park in the garage of the hotel next door. In order to get back to the hotel you have to walk down the block and around the corner, past an Adult Bookstore. As a female I felt incredibly unsafe every night coming in.”

  • Very clean.
  • Not family friendly, ice machines on open floors did not work. No coffee pots in room.

“Even though the outside is old the inside is being remodeled very beautifully. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are adequate, the staff is very friendly and helpful.”
