• Worn carpets, airport shuttle service not available after 5 pm or before 9 am

“This hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the local airport except between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. My phone calls to the front desk were unanswered...I had to contact an 800 number to get information about transportation and access to my room. The carpets and furnishings are very worn looking.”

• this hotel was clean.
• location it hard to find

“This hotel was okay I would stay here again just for a one night stay it's nothing great. It was very clean, no swimming pool, nothing fancy.”

• Good location, easy access.
• No shampoo, no toilet paper (had to ask), terrible hide-a-bed, brought in my own mattress.

“It's a good location, and clean enough, but don't count on the hide a bed sofa, no sheets, bad mattress. Had to ask for shampoo, toilet paper. No air conditioner in bedroom, there's AC in main room only. Glad I got it much cheaper at Priceline.”

• Clear reception on TV, microwave & refrigerator, iron & ironing board, hair dryer.
• Long walk to the room.
