• The check-in staff was friendly.
• Very dirty, no upkeep.

“This hotel was dirty, had burn marks on carpet and bedding, holes in furniture upholstry, hallway and room smelled bad.”

“Full size refrigerator, range, separate kitchen area with bar and bar stools, much cabinet space, with plates, cups, glasses, bowls, silverware, spatula, can opener, coffee pot, toaster, microwave drainboard, dish cloth and towels, a separate living room area with sofa couch and extra pillow, sheet, blanket in regular size closet, bed separate from kitchen, alarm clock with choice of brook ocean, wind chimes, full size dresser with 6 drawers and mirror, mirror in living room as well, separate dining room table, extra chair, and coffee table. Bathroom was spacious as well, with full size lavatory and under cabinet space. Staff was great!”

• Absolutely nothing.
• They put me in a smoking room. Room was old and smelly.

“Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend as a kennel. Manager then offered to put me in another room, after I packed up and returned to office he then refused. Would never stay here or recommend it.”

• The hotel staff were helpful, sympathetic and service-oriented.
• The bed linens, the semi-working door scanners and the shrieking showers.

“I was less than impressed with the hotel; first of all, because they did not automatically provide any shampoo or conditioner. Secondly, the pillowcase that I slept on had black spots all over it. The staff member to whom I showed it to immediately switched me and my sister into another room, so I cannot fault the service there! However, the new room had a shower that, within two minutes, screamed from water pressure or pipe issues, to the point that my ears rang. I have left at least two messages with one of the managers, and to date she has not responded; however, we did stay on Labor Day weekend and perhaps she has not returned to work. If I worked there, I wouldn't. I do respect the people who do stay.”

• The room was spacious and had a full kitchen . The kitchen was a complete surprise.
• That I had to get new towels at the front desk each day and no housekeeping done daily.

“The price was excellent and the room was spacious. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations. The hotel pool was small and only goes to 5 ft. This was definitely a business travelers hotel. No other families there. I did like that the hotel was also pet friendly. I would use this hotel again for short stays or business travel.”

• This room had a pull-out couch, which helped since we were 5 people.
• Though the room looked clean, it smelled of cigarettes and sour milk.

“The staff was helpful when we asked for extra pillows and towels. Very centrally located. Really too small for a family. It smelled badly of cigarettes in our room and slightly of sour milk.”
