• Close to grand central, easy to find, very clean and comfortable.

• Very nice room comfortable bed.
• Not a very good view. But I didn't spend much time in the room.

“Nice hotel, lobby was nicely decorated very helpful staff. They took very good care of our group. Valet parking is a plus, Go ahead and try to find a parking place around Times Square. They even held our bags while we went sightseeing, after we checked out!”

• Proximity to Grand Central Station.
• Very small bathroom that lacked proper ventilation.

“Overall our experience at 70 Park Ave. was a positive one. The staff was helpful and we received a call from the concierge on our first day, asking if there was anything we needed help with. Our only real complaint was the very small bathroom that needed a working vent fan of some sort. We enjoyed our stay and especially the easy walk to Grand Central Station (also not far from Times Square).”

• The bed was super comfy with great sheets and the l'occitane bath products were delicious.
• Room was a bit too small especially bathroom. However it was clean well organized and we had a lovely stay.

“These converted spaces always make it difficult to create a grand overall effect and our room was a bit tight but overall the room was great and we enjoyed our Valentines weekend. The sheets were super soft and we had down blanket to keep us warm (my fave)bathroom was really the hardest to like because it was small and 2people cannot move in there, but those bath products were great and now make me want to go buy some. All in all it was great just wished for a little more space but we definitely would stay again regardless of size because everything else was just what we needed and the area we were in was a quiet neighborhood just a 5 min walk from Grand Central Station.”

• Rooms were chic and well-appointed
• Breakfast is standard buffet.

“The king room was very comfortable, clean and somewhat contemporary-chic, as a Kimpton should be. We found it to be quite spacious for New York. The location is not exciting, but it is convenient. The hotel breakfast buffet is not much above a Hampton Inn, which is unfortunate. Staff was all very friendly and proficient.”
