• Location, price, ease of parking. Loved the lemonade and cookies at check-in.
• When I took a bath, I saw too much mold under soap dish, around sink. Bad paint job under toilet and around fixtures, corners in bathroom.

“As a business traveler, I definitely would welcome this room again. The pool side had a private cabana where I sat and read my book to relax. I needed an outdoor dressing and bathroom, so could not swim as I had expected to.”

• Staff.
• Window air-conditioner was too noisy. Turned off and then room was hot.

“It is being re-furbished and will be nice when this is completed. I would always like to know if a room has central air or a unit in the future.”

• Location of my room.
• Did not have chairs on balcony.

“This hotel has improved very much as I stayed their before when it was Holiday Inn. Great job. I like having a balcony where I stay so I can sit out there and read a paper book without having to go down to the pool. That's all I can see that would make it better.”

• Nice staff, great pool and very comfortable beds.

“The hotel is a little dated, but still very nice with excellent staff both at the desk and in terms of taking care of the rooms. Free wireless in the hotel is a nice benefit and it is available in the rooms as well as in public spaces and at the pool area.”

• Curb appeal, pretty laylout, friendly staff, beautiful patio/pool area; large bright lobby, available computers & printers; near shops & food.
• Slight order upon entering, which you don't notice later. Loud air conditioning units distracting. Bottom sheets don't fit.

“Lovely too look at upon arrival. Bright open lobby. Next to I95 & Glades Rd. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice staff. Pretty pool/patio area. Available computers and printers. Loud air conditioning units a bit of a distraction. Hotel undergoing stages of updating, which may account for slight odor as you enter lobby. It is not noticed for long. Very conveniently located for access to many things. Beaches a few miles to the east.”

• Dirty, run-down, old, bed linens made us itchy.

“This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Two star would be stretching it. There was hair and dust
everywhere in the room and on the bed linens. The sliding glass door was ill-secured and the mini-fridge in the room was a rusted out fridge set on the floor.
”

• Great location for Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach!
• They had
  really small and
  uncomfortable pillows.

“The hotel was clean and nice. Their pillows were so small though! I know it sounds silly- but these were mini pillows. When asked if they had larger pillows, someone at the desk said they would bring us some, no one ever showed up! Tourist things closed really early.”
