• The rooms were clean and spacious.
• Food was barely edible. Buffet closed but breakfast was awful.

“The desk manager was very polite and helpful. Some of the other staff not so much. The remote would not work the TV. When asked for a new remote, the woman staff was not very polite. The new remote didn’t work either. Something wrong with the cable box. Could only work the TV with the game remote. Breakfast was very bad. Waitress could have cared less. She served us burnt black bacon and toast and didn’t blink a eye. We were the only ones there that morning?”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
• The pool was an outdoor pool only open seasonally.

“The hotel staff was very friendly! It doesn't matter what dept. they worked in, if you ran into a staff member in the hallway, they were always friendly. They serve a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning which is always a nice treat.”

• Large rooms and great layout.
• No bath tub. Shower only.

• The staff was very flexible and immediately changed my smoking room to a non-smoking suite.
• The hotel looks a little outdated.

“The hotel was very convenient and located right on the main strip. All the local companies in Longmont and Boulder are within driving distance. We could get to Boulder for dinner and not have to face the traffic in Boulder.”

“Nice place. Trains can be a bit noisy at night. Inside pool is missing, but great rooms, service, and value.”
