• Great bedding; great in-room coffee service.
• Too many extra charges for services like computer use; no complimentary airport shuttle; TV channel occasionally went out.

“Generally, a quality hotel. High comfort. Convenient to downtown, although on the edge of a dubious district. Phone system a bit confusing as error message would constantly flash on the screen. No stocked refrigerator (not necessarily a minus). Luxurious bedding promotes sound night's sleep.”

• Beds was comfortable.
• Service left a lot to be desired.

“Can't go out at night, bad neighborhood, expensive, at $70 just for breakfast for 3, and thats waffles, no meat. No area for kids under 16 all kids must be accompanied every where. Yet the Saturday night party in the hallway until 4 AM was not addressed by hotel till I complained 3 times. Sleepless night makes man grouch.”

• Very friendly staff and rooms were great!
• Self parking is expensive for paid guests!

“Everything was great and had a great time. Did not care for the high priced self parking. Wouldn't have minded paying as much if the parking deck was closer to the lobby elevators. Also, the first 3 levels of the parking deck were reserved for valet parking.”

• The staff was professional and personable, the room was nicely appointed and very clean, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet warm & comfortable.

• Everything, with the exception of a delay with the valet, was outstanding!
• Valet service was very slow when checking out.
