• Had to pay extra to get room with double beds which ended up being the regular price for hotel.

“Staff could have been more friendly. Creamer for coffee was left out all night and when asked for different creamer staff was rude and we never got creamer. Other customer asked if there was bread for toast and staff was rude to him also saying they have bagels not toast. This hotel was not a pleasant experience.”

• Only had smoking available. The walls were paper thin, you could hear everything around you.

“I was pretty sure staff lied to me when they said that they only had smoking rooms available. Parking lot was empty!”

• No insulation between rooms, you could hear every shower, flush of toliet, TV, etc.

“A loud TV woke me up at 3:00 am in the morning. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to call the room and ask them to turn it down after I tried knocking on the door. The room was so noisy (air conditioning, sounds from other rooms) that I never got back to sleep.”

• Loud, room small, breakfast bar empty from kids.

“I was in a handicap room. The bathroom was huge, but the room was very small. I heard everything that was going on in the hallway and the lobby as well as if I was there with them. Since I was there because my mother was on her death bed, I was not happy about this. I had to stay another 3 days for my mothers funeral and changed hotels. I spent the next 3 days in the Holiday Inn Express in Greeley and had a wonderful experience.”

• Clean; free breakfast; hot showers.
• Tall tables and chairs in breakfast room don't work well with small children.

“It is clean; had a window seat large enough to sleep our 6 year old; nice hot showers; and a continental breakfast that the kids enjoyed.”
